To begin a PC support session, please click on the Start PC Support button below. When the file download window opens, click on Run. When it asks if you want to run the software, click on Run. Once complete, a box will display a session ID number and password. Please give these numbers to the support person on the phone. They will then be able to view your desktop.

 

 

 

 

To begin a Mac support session, please click on the Start Mac Support button below. Click OK to save the file to your computer. Double-click on the file (saved to your downloads folder) and when the TeamViewer window opens double-click the TeamViewer icon to begin the session. A box will display a session ID number and password. Please give these numbers to the support person on the phone. They will then be able to view your desktop.
